Let’s talk about communication. Do you know how important communication is? No really, have you ever really sat and thought about it? Communicating is how we do everything!
We communicate with our voice, hands, work, actions, and our body. It’s a true representation of who we are. One gets to know about a person's personality, likes and dislikes through communication cues. When there’s the lack of effective communication. We sometimes make assumptions, possibly start second-guessing ourselves .Communicating effectively is key! Heart2art encourage you to take time to discover yourself through experiential activities.

Over the past year the entire world has been united for a single purpose: battling the pandemic. Being empathetic towards others made us realise that people all over the world are essentially the same as us, we look the same, face the same problems and require the same resources to live and flourish. In the blog we explore the importance of empathy in building a healthy and cooperative future. We also look at how empathy develops in children at a young age and how we can work on building the skills for empathy in ourselves.
