Have you ever found yourself unable to find the words to say how you really feel?

Have you ever been unsure exactly what it is you are feeling?

The ability to express feelings and emotions is important as we are social beings.

Did you know there are various ways to express yourself creatively?

Art, Photography, dance, music and words – all can be used as a way to express ourselves!

Research states that Art and creativity can also be a healthy way for individuals to express their emotions and experiences.

BLOGS


In this blog, we explore how using our creative capabilities can naturally enhance our emotional well-being. The blog highlights research that shows how creativity is linked to our personalities and also emphasizes the importance of creativity in our mental health and well-being. It also showcases the creative capacities of children we have worked with through their beautiful art work.

Although many of us have a basic understanding of what self-awareness is, this blog looks at the concept of self-awareness from a deeper perspective. We explore how it relates to our mental health and well-being through theories of self-awareness from the field of Psychology.

WORKSHOPS


An interactive art based workshop specially curated for SENIOR CITIZENS in collaboration with Gurgaon literary Club. Aided senior citizens in rekindling with their inner child and share their stories and life journeys ! Upcoming sessions from January 2021- join our Whatsapp group for updates.

An interactive art-based live session in collaboration with Essence of Life by Juhi Jaiswal. It was focused on your uniqueness, just like a snowflake. It used art as a tool to engage self during the holidays and highlighted benefits of mindfulness and art as a tool for expression.
